At what times do you clear?

We follow the local regulations – in Berlin, pavements generally have to be cleared of snow and ice from 7 a.m. on working days and from 9 a.m. on Sundays and public holidays. During prolonged snowfall we clear again as needed.

What does the winter service cost?

That depends on the size of the areas, the priorities and the schedule. After the free site visit you receive a binding fixed-price quote based on the agreed scope of work.

Do you grit with salt?

On public pavements in Berlin, road salt is generally not permitted. We use abrasive, environmentally sound gritting materials – with exceptions only where salt is expressly allowed.

Do you also look after several properties for one property manager?

Yes. For property managers we bundle several properties into one contract – with uniform documentation and a single point of contact.
