How much does a house clearance or removal cost?
That depends on size, fill level, floor and access – no serious flat rate can be quoted from a distance. That's why we inspect the property free of charge; you then receive a binding fixed-price quote based on the agreed scope of work. For an initial assessment, simply use our enquiry form with photos.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
You will generally hear back from us the same day you enquire. We arrange the site visit at short notice. If it's urgent, let us know – we work around your preferred date.
Is the fixed price really binding?
Yes. After the free site visit you receive your quote: a binding fixed-price quote based on the agreed scope of work. Changes or additional services are charged only after prior consultation and approval. Every service is listed transparently in the quote.
Do I have to be present during the work?
No. After the site visit you can simply hand over the keys – we carry out the work reliably and hand back broom-clean. On request we keep you updated by phone or WhatsApp.
How is the waste disposed of?
We dispose of everything properly and in line with the applicable regulations, and we hand over broom-clean. Disposal is shown transparently in the quote and calculated according to the agreed scope of work.
Do you also clear hoarder flats?
Yes – discreetly and without judgement. We know these situations, treat every job confidentially and work swiftly. After a free site visit you receive a binding fixed-price quote, and we hand over broom-clean.
Do you also work outside Berlin?
Yes – we handle removals, house clearances, disposal and demolition & deconstruction throughout Germany. Recurring services such as caretaking, garden maintenance and winter service, as well as construction and refurbishment, are provided in Berlin and Brandenburg.
