2. Hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc.; where possible, it is served from server locations in the EU. When the pages are accessed, technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, date/time, page requested, browser type) is processed and deleted after a short period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact form and enquiry assistant

When you send us an enquiry via the contact form or the enquiry assistant, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, phone number, email address, details of your project and any photos you upload) solely to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Enquiry data, including uploaded photos, is deleted no later than 12 months after processing is completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply or a contract is concluded.

4. Data storage (Supabase, Vercel Blob, Google Sheets)

Enquiry data is stored in a database provided by Supabase; storage takes place in an EU region. Photos uploaded via the enquiry assistant are stored with Vercel Inc. (Vercel Blob); they can only be retrieved via addresses that are not publicly linked and cannot be guessed. For internal processing of enquiries, we additionally transfer the enquiry data to a spreadsheet hosted by Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) (Google Sheets). With Vercel and Google, data may be transferred to the USA; both providers are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling your enquiry); data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with the providers.

To send notification and confirmation emails, we use the Resend service provided by Resend Inc. (USA). The data required for dispatch (e.g. email address, content of the enquiry) is processed in this context. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling your enquiry). Data may be transferred to the USA; a data processing agreement based on the EU standard contractual clauses is in place with the provider.

6. Contact via WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and the Meta group process data in the course of this; data may be transferred to third countries outside the EU (in particular the USA). The data protection provisions of WhatsApp/Meta also apply. Please do not transmit any particularly sensitive data via WhatsApp. Use is based on your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

7. Reach measurement (Plausible)

Where activated, we use the cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics tool Plausible Analytics (EU hosting). Plausible uses no cookies and creates no personal profiles; no data is merged across multiple websites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in data-minimising reach measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

8. Cookies and consent (consent banner)

We use technically necessary cookies and comparable storage technologies on the basis of § 25(2) TDDDG. Services requiring consent (see sections 9 to 11) are only loaded once you have given your consent via our consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw or adjust your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie-Einstellungen” (cookie settings) link in the footer of this website.

9. Google Tag Manager (only with consent)

If you have given your consent, we use Google Tag Manager provided by Google Ireland Ltd. to manage measurement and marketing services. The Tag Manager itself does not set any cookies of its own for analysis purposes, but it may trigger the services described in sections 10 and 11. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time via the cookie settings.

10. Google Analytics 4 (only with consent)

If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Ltd. for statistical analysis of website usage. Processing takes place with IP anonymisation and, under Google Consent Mode v2, only after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

11. Google Ads conversion tracking (only with consent)

If you have given your consent, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the success of our advertisements (e.g. whether an enquiry was submitted after a click on an ad). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time via the cookie settings.

12. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or for as long as statutory retention periods require. Enquiry data from the contact form and the enquiry assistant is deleted after 12 months at the latest (see section 3).
